Hammam
This is Tunisia’s alternative of steam bath which is called sauna. When taking Hammam, you have to first relax in a room which is known as the warm room and which is heated by a flow of hot and dry air continuously until you perspire freely.
You may then decide to move to the hotter steam bath which is known as the hot room. From here you are splashed with cold water, and then you get a full body wash before being massaged then directed to the cooling room so that you can relax and cool down.
